Patti has the extraordinary ability to unveil deeply rooted issues that may not be readily recognized or articulated by interviewees. These skills in turn helped reveal systemic organizational deficiencies that were ultimately leading to dissatisfaction among customers and ultimately, loss of business. From Patti’s findings, our organizations have been able to begin strategizing improvement measures that should culminate in organization wide improvements that will assist in the maintenance of business but more importantly improve outcomes in our large health care network. Patti’s unique ability to combine empathy with solid business sense, enables her to formulate effective, economical and person centered resolutions to some of health care’s biggest challenges.
Patti exhibits a rare combination of design research, project management and leadership. She’s great at motivating her team and empowers others to do their best work. I’ve seen her impact first hand on numerous projects that include finding solutions for Veteran Unemployment, Sexual Assault Prevention in the Military, and Suicide Prevention.
Hard charging, thoughtful and creative, Patti makes for an incredible designer who sees possibilities where others see roadblocks.
